While NCAA Men’s basketball tournament gets under way tonight, people are scrambling to fill out March Madness and see how close they can get to perfection. We asked students and staff which team they will think will rise to the occasion and be able to hold up the championship trophy at the end of the season. We gave them a list of the top teams in the tournament that have the best chance of winning.
