The Titan Speech and Debate Team attended the TFA Tournament held at Creekview High School on Dec. 2. Over 50 schools competed including fierce competitors from Hockaday, Greenhill, Plano, McKinney, Grapevine and several others. Centennial had over 40 students competing with over half of the team being 9th graders in their first tournament this season, and won the overall individual events sweepstakes and took 2nd in overall sweepstakes. 

Senior Gary Frankel won top speaker out of the entire tournament and qualified for the TFA State Tournament in both Congressional Debate and Domestic Extemp.
