Passport Health/North Texas Flu Shots will be conducting flu clinics for students and family members on Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the library.

You must bring a photocopy of your insurance card and primary insured’s driver’s license. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and United HealthCare PPO type plans are accepted.

If you don’t have insurance and qualify for Texas Vaccines for Children, flu vaccinations cost $10, cash or check only. A parent or guardian must accompany the student. For adults without one of the accepted insurance plans, the cost is $25 per shot.
