New Netflix Releases

After the world known phenomenon Netflix was created, many have enjoyed its worldwide entertainment. However, lately they have received many hated reviews on their limited selection. With the start of the new year 2015 and subscribers getting their voices heard, Netflix gave them a wider range of movies and Tv series.

Here’s a brief listing of some of the new releases:

  1. 101 Dalmations (1996)– Anita and Roger marry and have two dogs Perdita and Pongo. They are kidnapped by Anita’s boss Cruella De Vil along with the other ninety-nine pups held captive for her to make a coat. Perdita and Pongo go out and try to rescue the pups from the captors.
  2. Bruce Almighty (2003)– Bruce Nolan loses his position as an anchorman and complains that it was because God was treating him poorly. God finds Bruce and offers his powers to see if he can do a better job. Bruce takes on the challenge, yet uses powers for his own selfishness, until he realizes prayers are going unanswered.
  3. Cast Away (2000)– Chuck Noland works for FedEx and goes off to Malaysia to complete an assignment. His plane ends up in the middle of a storm and crashes into the Pacific Ocean. He washes away to a deserted island and after all of his efforts to contact help backfire, he learns to survive on the island alone. He is there for an amount of years with his volleyball friend Wilson.
  4. Dallas – Season 3 (2014)– The young generation of the Ewing family fights over family oil industry and fortune.
  5. Dirty Dancing (1987)– Baby gets disappointed when her plans are ruined by going to a family resort. Later on through the vacation she meets the dance instructor Johnny and the two fall in love. The dad is not okay with it, and Baby is determined to help Johnny in his last dance.
  6. Footloose (1984)– A city teenager moves into a town where rock music and dancing are banned due to a horrible event in the town. Ren tries to bring the life of dance back into the town through rebellious acts, hoping for a change to be made.
  7. Friends – 10 Seasons (1994-’03)– Six best friends live in the same apartment complex as they experience life and love together in New York. This outbreak comedy brings the expected and unexpected events into the city of New York.
  8. Kangaroo Jack (2003)– Two friends are forced to deliver money to Australia. Things start to not go as planned when one of them places their red jacket on a Kangaroo in order to take a picture. The Kangaroo runs off with the jacket on and the money. It’s a chase to the finish line to get the money and the jacket.
  9. Mean Girls (2004)– Cady Herran moves from Africa to the suburbs in Illinois. She experiences public school for the first time and is quickly aware of popularity and knit cliques. She easily gets into the cool group known as “the plastics” and later realizes the true meaning to that name.
  10. The Pink Panther 2 (2009)– When the pink diamond is stolen, it is up to detective Clouseau and his partner Ponton to catch the thief and retrieve the diamond.
  11. RoboCop (1987)– In the crime filled city Detroit, a injured cop returns to the force as a cyborg with horrifying submerged memories.
  12. Spy Kids (2001)– Carmen and Juni Cortez find out that they come a family of spies. They take on an adventure that’ll possibly save their parents and the world from great danger against Fegan Floop.
  13. Totally Spies! – Season 1 (2001)– Three girls who are high school students by day and secret spies by night. They help juggle the world of crime with the daily lives of being a teenager.
  14. White Collar – Season 5 (2013) – After three years of running from FBI agent Peter Burke, Neal Caffrey was finally captured. First escape was successful for a short period of time until captured once again. This time, he plans a new escape by using his friend and co-conspirator Mozzie. Mozzie becomes a greater source to Burke and the FBI.
